Services
Expert witness testimony, case review, neurosurgery consulting, and educational services — each grounded in active clinical experience.
01 — Litigation Support
We provide credible, evidence-based expert testimony on neurosurgical standards of care, causation, and prognosis, for both plaintiff and defense engagements. Opinions are grounded in current clinical guidelines, peer-reviewed literature, and direct operative experience — built to withstand cross-examination and Daubert scrutiny.
02 — Record Review & Examinations
Before committing to litigation — or an expert designation — many attorneys need an objective read on the medical merits. We provide thorough, confidential review of the full clinical record, and conduct independent medical examinations (IMEs) when a direct evaluation is needed for a claim. Both result in a clear written opinion on the medical merits — no ongoing treatment relationship is formed.
03 — Programmatic & Quality Advisory
Beyond litigation support, we advise hospitals, surgical practices, insurers, and healthcare organizations on neurosurgical programs and cases — independent of any legal proceeding. This is record- and protocol-based advisory work; Neurosurgery Advisors does not provide direct patient care or clinical treatment.
04 — Training & Education
Understanding the medicine is often the difference between an effective case strategy and a weak one. We provide plain-language education on neurosurgical anatomy, procedures, and injury mechanisms for legal teams preparing for deposition or trial, as well as academic training for residents and allied health professionals — including case-based review to help candidates prepare for the ABNS oral board examination.
